CASE is the China Apostolic Succession Effort.  First run in 2005, CASE was tailor-made for the rural house church in China to prepare and facilitate its leadership transition.  Successful leadership transition is critical for continuous growth in any organization, and the program concentrates on such practical areas as strategizing for evangelism and missions, development and deployment of co-workers, conflict resolution and individual character.

Initially the program was implemented with the founding senior leaders of China’s largest house church movement in Henan province.  Today CASE is conducted on an as-needed, as-requested basis.
